William
Burchett received his formal training in the art of building premier
custom homes in the exclusive Montecito, California area. Working
in tandem with the renowned builder Thomas McClure and various architects,
he developed the masterful skills evident in all of his work. In 2001
William established a partnership with the visionary architect Randel
Thompson from Longmont, Colorado, and talented designer Loretta Scott,
from Denver, Colorado to form Willo Construction. Their first project
was built in Larkspur, Colorado in the developing Larkspur Meadows
area. The 20 acre lots in this beautiful area are backed up against
1000's of acres of reserved open space.
Here
they built El Alondra, a work of art. With painstaking attention to
detail, both inside and out, every rich nuance offers luxury. Details
such as the 1800 square foot Brazilian hardwood deck, copper hand
railings, soaring ceilings, stone fireplaces and inlaid tiles make
